My PLC is focusing on the CCSS to be sure our SIP is in compliance, and in alignment with, the SGGs so that Danielson domains 1 and 4 will be included in both focused and comprehensive eVals, as is expected by the EEA and CPA.

From my understanding, the PLC is comprised of the entire school, with departments being subgroups of the PLC.

This I gained from the first chapter of a book about PLCs my colleagues and I are required to read. I don't think my admin has read the book because she keeps referring to the various departments as PLCs.
