A bottle of wine weighs too much to hump up an alpine approach/climb and I never feel good enough to truly enjoy it in that environment. Not to mention that every time I bring tasty chocolate climbing it either melts or I forget about it  Now for a little in bounds skiing!!! Weight's not an issue and the truffles stay cold Besides, falling hurts less when your a little tipsy! It's all about the boneless jellyfish impact with the ground.
