How do I post a troll?

hey i'm trying to post a troll, but i can't seem to figure out how. i read the FAQ concerning trolls but I still can't figure out how:

 

"Putting a troll in your post is simple. If trolls are enabled, start by creating a new post in a forum. Below the body of your post, you will see a text box that allows you to specify how many trolls you want to have in your post and the system will guide you through the rest."

 

are trolls not enabled now? thanks for any help.

Trolls take hard work. First you need to come up with a target list (don't post it) then you need to draw them out into the firing zone. After your target is in the zone procede to mount an attack. Hopefully you have allies who will assist you in your effort.

 

Unfortunately single burst attacks are rare. You should be ready to devote some time to your mission. Stick with it. Sometimes trolling takes a few failed attempts to get the effects you want.
