Dru Posted April 12, 2002 Posted April 12, 2002 Why dont you guys ever have house parties instead of going to the bar? The beer is cheaper at a house and you can smoke dope while you drink. Quote
David_Parker Posted April 12, 2002 Posted April 12, 2002 'cause we don't feel so bad when we break shit while fighting Quote
Beck Posted April 12, 2002 Posted April 12, 2002 Damn, DRU that truly is a quantum leap in pub club theory- but who wants a couple dozen drunken climbers milling about their pad? Maybe we need to have a good old fashioned KEGGER party out in the sticks Quote

Maybe we need to have a good old fashioned KEGGER party out in the sticks I think there is a bush party this Saturday night at Skaha except we better go to the bar instead cause it is the last game of the season for the CANUCKS and if they win it they make it into the STANLEY CUP PLAYOFFS. AlpineK Posted April 13, 2002 Posted April 13, 2002 I was thinking Ballard or maybe Dantes in the U district. Quote
rayborbon Posted April 13, 2002 Author Posted April 13, 2002 Ok let me know. Friends are asking... Quote
rayborbon Posted April 15, 2002 Author Posted April 15, 2002 Ok bringing this one back to the top. Where is it? Quote
rayborbon Posted April 15, 2002 Author Posted April 15, 2002 Hola back to top! FB wants to know and go. Quote
rayborbon Posted April 15, 2002 Author Posted April 15, 2002 Where's Cottage Inn? Seattle? If so sounds good to me. Quote
rayborbon Posted April 15, 2002 Author Posted April 15, 2002 Okay I have heard good things about the ALki. I vote too Quote
rayborbon Posted April 15, 2002 Author Posted April 15, 2002 I have never been there but Hikerwa and others rave about it. Must be a good spot. Some other non lurkers want to come. Can we agree on something today > so we can get things going or what? Â Alki -2 everything else -0 Quote

The Fiddler's Inn.  Or Cooper's , who cares if there's a couple of wieners playing trivia there?  Or the Park Pub , $2.50 pints  How about the Virginia Inn ? That's a classy joint. Quote
icegirl Posted April 15, 2002 Posted April 15, 2002 Hattie's had would be good, if we can snag the back room, and they don't mind our beer swilling (non-food ordering masses) Â or perhaps, Ballard Burgers (or something like that) I've been assured that it is adequate for our numbers, but have not had a chance to do recon... Â Once we settle on somewhere (be it the park pub, hatties, alki, ballard burger, etc...) someone (sure, I'll do it) should call ahead to the pub, as due to the size of our group it can put a strain on the regular Tuesday evening staff. (like our poor waitress a few weeks back at the Park Pub...) Quote
