Rush and drugs

Drug use, some might say, is destroying this country. And we have laws

against selling drugs, pushing drugs, using drugs, importing drugs. ...

And

so if people are violating the law by doing drugs, they ought to be

accused

and they ought to be convicted and they ought to be sent to prison.

Statistics that show blacks go to prison more often than whites for the

same

drug offenses only illustrates that "too many whites are getting away

with

drug use."

Said by Rush Limbaugh on his short-lived television show on Oct. 5,

1995

What about Rush? Anyone think the Clinton's are out to run him? God only knows they probably turned him into an addict.

" I see Liberal people" shocked.gif " I know the Clintons are out to get me. They are the ones that are crazy, they are out to get me , I know it" I can just imagine old Rush thinking like that.

When he went def , it was probably his own body trying to reject the sound of his own fat ,pompous voice.

When I saw Rush in '76 on their 2112 tour it was all about drugs. rockband.gif

Our first stop is in Bogota

To check Colombian fields

The natives smile and pass along

A sample of their yield

Sweet Jamaican pipe dreams

Golden Acapulco nights

Then Morocco, and the East,

Fly by morning light
