So I took an alpine bouldering class with the mounties this last weekend and had all kinds of fun and learned some good skillz that I'm sure every one needs to know....

Just look at the fun we had...

Our instructor was so motivating, he was really into this one boulder problem he called it the Mountie Vbeginer...

Damn this gaper was good, he sent this problem in just nineteen trys...

As soon as we sent, they taught us proper walk off slab down climbing, it was really exciting...

All though This gaper could send, he had a little trouble with the walk off... Good thing our instructor was there to spot him...

OOOOOOHHHHHHH SHIT!!! I think we should have taken the beginners course and learned the classic dirt slope rappel... Just a good reason to always rappel off any slope 6% or not...

And yet another reason to always wear your helmet...

I highly recommend every one on this site to take this course, it was not only educational, but a load of fun as well.....

Yeah...but they let you get away with not wearing gaitors?

The gaitor are to keep our socks clean, since we weren't wearing sock with the rock shoes thay said it'd be ok if we didn't wear them this time...

wrong my friend, the real instructor of the class can be seen spotting me in the following snapshot:

Richard is such a motivator, having his hand that close to my ass magically prevented me from falling, it was quite odd.

no he's really a caring individual, he would massage my hands for me when they got tired, put curious george bandaids on them, and then give an encouraging pat on the ass. a real class act, reminicient of Dwayner almost!
