dberdinka Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 I have a big head. No! I mean literally! My Petzel Ecrin Rok sits to high and always slides sideways. There is not a photo in existence of me with it on where I don't look like a friggin retar...forget it. It seems like most manufactures out there make two sizes s/M and m/L. That doesn't seem to cut it! Have any of you other big-headed manly-men found a helmet that fits? Thanks! Quote
Dru Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 I have same problem... Edelrid Ultralight fits with adjustment cranked open all the way, but sits high on the head. Large size Petzl Meteor also Ok. Go into MEC and try on all the helmet models till you find the coolest looking (for a helmet, is that oxymoron?) that fits. Quote
iain Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 ps no one looks good in an ecrin roc. it's designed that way on purpose. Quote
cracked Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 I had the same problem with the Ecrin Roc. I now use a BD Halfdome, it fits much better. Quote
RobBob Posted March 31, 2003 Posted March 31, 2003 ...cancel my Ecrin Roc order. Had this same problem when playing football. Always among the lgest on the team. (: ^ 0 )= Quote

It's statistically unlikely your head is so big. Therefore you can't have a head that big. Quote
