I've spent the past 5 thanksgivings there. always a good time except last year when it snowed so much that they closed the icefields parkway and Hwy 1 in three different places and avy condions were insane. Murchison is probably in as with other high sheltered climbs, possible stanley headwall

Lane and I had the ENTIRE lower gorge to ourselves on saturday! Got nothing but pure sweet crack climbing in.

Hey, Fort Lewis would be a terrible place to live. At least Yakima/Ellensberg is close to Leavenworth and alpine rock. If I was your wife, I'd go to WWU in Bellingham and leave your ass.

I've had crusty TCUs with not much snap left to em (like the orange) and brand new black diamond micro cams pull several times. I don't trust them anymore. Too much torque b/c of the stem designs. I have never had an alien pull that was in a good placement b/c they are more flexible and the metal is softer.
