Isn't it neat how the middle section of our country is the flattest, shittiest, stupidist, fattest, most boring part of our country is also the part that voted for bush...while the NE and NW parts which hold the most culture, history, beauty, etc... all vote for Kerry.

I've spent the past 5 thanksgivings there. always a good time except last year when it snowed so much that they closed the icefields parkway and Hwy 1 in three different places and avy condions were insane. Murchison is probably in as with other high sheltered climbs, possible stanley headwall

I've had crusty TCUs with not much snap left to em (like the orange) and brand new black diamond micro cams pull several times. I don't trust them anymore. Too much torque b/c of the stem designs. I have never had an alien pull that was in a good placement b/c they are more flexible and the metal is softer.
