I could have sworn that I talked to someone who did a 2 day ascent of the North Norweigan as a second or maybe even a third ascent. Anyways, that route looks effin balsy and like it would be a pain in the ass. What I want to know is if anyone has done a complete ascent of the NN to the summit.

53 days of sick skiing, WA, BC, UT, MT, and the Tetons. As for ice - about 20 days! God I love college. Sorry to rub it in.

As of now Hyalite and pine creek are serious pains in the ass to get to. I got hopelessly stuck at the dam last friday and spent an hour and a half getting out (I have a lifted Toyota). You better have approach skis or be ready to walk a long way on snowshoes. You would have much better luck going skiing.

dude, the TX1 is AWESOME, super lightweight. lighter and way brighter than the Icon. You do pay more but it is well worth it. one for each partner on an ice climb and you can climb all night!! Best headlamp on the market and don't worry about it being the first year for mammut headlamps because Lucido actually makes them (Lucido has been around for years).

I just got out of my level 1 in Jackson yesterday and learned soooooo much. I would definitely recomend it to anyone who hasn't taken it yet. I am inspired and humbled by what I learned. Stay safe out there folks!

dromedary bags are sweet and they hook up to the msr waterworks and miniworks, along with the new katadyne vario, filters just like a nalgene would.

The dragonfly's feed very nice. I personally have the Beal Ice lines 8.1 and am very happy with them. The treatment is awesome.
