  15. No it was really listed as "5.8d" in the guidebook... I found out the d was for "old school scary hard wide crack that will eat you especially if it is snowing"

  17. Yeah... it might be possible but doubtful. You are the first climber I have ever met that loves trad but doesn't know how hard they can climb. I would say default to the hardest thing you have led. Seems fair...

I have one or two laying around You, on the other hand Mr. "I care because climbing is something special, and I don't like to people degrading it by posting on a website about climbing with all this B.S." don't own one. You do, however, think you can climb 13b trad. Perhaps your advice is best suited for yourself
