  1. d) Travelling in a fried-out combie On a hippie trail, head full of zombie I met a strange lady, she made me nervous She took me in and gave me breakfast And she said, "Do you come from a land down under? Where women glow and men plunder? Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder? You better run, you better take cover." Buying bread from a man in Brussels He was six foot four and full of muscles I said, "Do you speak-a my language?" He just smiled and gave me a vegemite sandwich And he said, "I come from a land down under Where beer does flow and men chunder Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder? You better run, you better take cover." Lying in a den in Bombay With a slack jaw, and not much to say I said to the man, "Are you trying to tempt me Because I come from the land of plenty?" And he said, "Oh! Do you come from a land down under? (oh yeah yeah) Where women glow and men plunder? Can't you hear, can't you hear the thunder? You better run, you better take cover
  2. its a break through! i have personal problems, ergo there is something wrong with the world. why didn't i think of this?

  6. BS or not, its probably just their standard procedure for insurance reasons. hell, the insurance company may have even told them they have to respond that way. and you get to pay for it by funding the local ambulance. i, being a hardman, shunned the ambulance for my recent trip to the hospital. i just called up the wife and told her to come home from work and drive me to ER. but remember that i'm cut from a different mold.

  8. they pumped me full of fluids when i was doing my near death thingy. apparently that a part of the fun for that roller coaster ride. it was pretty gross, as my whole body blew up like a balloon, and then i spent about 2 weeks peeing it off once my kidneys started working again.
  9. i'll be shedding pounds once i get out of the woods. at 234 i was pretty much the michelin man.
  10. "Nearly" doesn't mean being actually able to do it...so i'm not "out of the woods" yet. At one point in ICU I weighed 234. I just got weighed in a check up and I'm down to 191 now. With the wasting away while waiting for my arm to heal, I'll be down to sport climbing weight.
  11. no, but i'm adding a special bacterial gift to be included in the event you win.
