old news. everybody in the know is drinking rye these days.

well it was pretty much just a couple friends hanging out and the associated jackassery that anyone who has been anywhere around me knows all about. we did have a fun time trying out these '3 years past the pull date Mountain House freeze dried meals'. i haven't really tasted anything quite so disgusting. "just add hot water for instant vomit". the mash potatoes and gravy with beef was especially sensational. with no reading material other than a map, and crammed in a little BD Firstlight that we swore was going to blow away with us in it, we enjoyed a relaxing time discussing and speculating about the mysteries of the universe. unfortunately i left the iphone loaded with movies in the car.
