I think isobutane boils at about 18F. One way to solve this problem below that temp. is to submerge the canaster in liquid water.

You can't solve that problem with a bigger vehicle - it's like an arms race. The kinetic energy just goes up with vehicle weight. If we all had smaller vehicles we'd all be safer.

I like the Mammut champ pant, the zipper is the greatest f*&^%ing thing since sliced bread when wearing a harness. If I need any insulation I just wear fleece tights underneath.

If it's a small puncture or tare place a piece of tape on the outside and seam seal the inside, remove the tape when dry and voila!
