I take the pic off one tool and strap a 3# weight on it and swing for several reps while watching Tv or anything.. could do more but may cause you to eventually overdrive you tools...

yeah I know those climbs, but the bolts dont match either like Kurt said. Oh well thought there may be something new..

was out at minne the other day and noticed some bolt anchors up and left of Tree Crack, they were about the big over hang. Is there a route below that, looks hard and no chalk.. Just curious

yeah I used to do that w/ the monkey bars but cant work on lock off strength which is one of the targets I have. But to get wicked pumped grab 2 30# dumbbells and walk until you cant hold on. the bigger the grip the better! doing this then pull ups is fun,,,

mythos high heels...sorry short hair. Lighting dome has alot to offer. Moss, mullets, mad max fights and oh climbing. good stuff

montrail index, the forefoot is made wider then most shoes. give em a try.

got to love the next rock down from that with the big cross on it..but you are so much closer to better rock and longer routes why bother...just me though
