  13. Climb: DEB on South Early Winter Spire, WF on NEWS- Date of Climb: 6/29/2006 Trip Report: Climb the DEB on thursday with PU, which was a great route. Pretty much every other bolt on the bolt ladder has been retro bolted. Most of the old one are easy to clip, had to work for one or 2. On Friday climbed the WF on NEWS which is a stellar route with nice crack climbing for most of the climb. The guide books suggest not to link pitches but really isnt a issue. Will post pics soon Gear Notes: bout 14 qds on SEWS was important so what the booty we found.thanks Oh, and there are 2 fixed wire about a foot below the crux on the WF Approach Notes: snow on app. on east side but can be avoided for all but a few times. Was realll nice on the way down for a fast slide down. from other is well documented else where.

  16. Anyone people out there that would rather climb then work? I am open thurs-sun, would like to get out for 2-3 of that. Alpine would be great would even add a day for the bugabos, maybe NR stuart. Anyone interested? whiskey on demand.....
  17. I am looking at a few cameras that can take better pics and for most when the optical zoom increases to 10-12 the size does also. I have a smaller one which I am happy with but debating something a little different
  18. When carrying a camera on rock route, ice , alpine what size does do people find to be a pain to use , store and worry about. I know the real small ones are easy and SLRs can be a pain but I am thinking of a size in the middle.
