Since my son recently shanghaied my N70 and now my digital (Nikon), I think I'm going to buy an Olympus Stylus and start taking slides again. Sorry no help to you tlg.

Since I have been watching my intake of carbs and *not* fats I actually have lower cholesterol. 185 last checked.

thats just it, if you are active you need whole grain carbs. I *do* like my bagels for instant energy

My brother-in-law lost about 50lbs by eating nothing but meat and vegetables and while he's no athlete - he looks great! Protein is a good thing.
