Hey Doug, the offwidth/chim you mention on the north face of the Camel has definitely been climbed before as a finish to the NE slabs - not sure about some of the other cracks
I am a geomorphologist and it looks to me just like an inactive rock glacier. It's definitely not the moraine of a recently departed (ice) glacier, nor is it debris flow deposits.
The SW face of Trireme has a "Valhallas 5.8". I've spent two weeks looking at the face and I think I have some idea where it goes. It finishes with the overhanging chimneys.
