I enjoyed it, lots of variety in the beginning, then hang on for the ride through the traverse after the heel-foot match in that dish. All the hype was, when the first Joes' guide came out it was rated V8 for the regular finish, V6 for the cheat up the corner finish, and V10 for the traverse. WAAAYYY overrated. I did the traverse (when that pic was taken actually, back in '98) and the traverse might be close to 8, the regular problem might be 6, and the cheat up the corner is maybe 4. That was the hype, suddenly everyone was climbing "V8". Although it's been what five years ago, so my memory might not be spot-on. Ahh, Joes...where you could float the 5's and get crushed by the 4's, cruise the 8's and get smacked down by the 6's. I think the problem that took me the longest there was only V2! I loved that place.

They're excellent. The keyboard player is an old friend of mine. I saw the first Sector 9 show with Dave Phipps playing with them....sitting in actually, they were a 3 piece with just Zach, Hunter and Dave Murphy at the time. Drummer is straight ill. Kid was only like 18 when they started touring. Phipps is one of the best musicians I've ever played with.

Well down in the south...just kidding. Did you ever see that bit on the Daily Show (I think) about Forbes and how he's an alien...he never blinks his eyes. They showed some loooong clip of him speaking, a headshot, without sound, and I swear the dude blinked twice in two or three minutes. Spooky....

As much as it pains me to do so, in the next election, I'll vote democrat. It's going to be close in my estimation, and I'm not willing to waste a vote like I did in Bush/Gore. In '08, I go Libertarian....unless Hillary runs and it looks like she has a shot, then I'll put my vote toward the best contender opposing her. It's a catch 22, if you have libertarian views and don't vote your conscious, third parties will never be viable, but if you do, you're wasting your vote. It's a "are you voting for someone, or against someone" decision. This time around, I'm voting against someone.

Libertarian, almost centrist, close to left-liberal. Of the over 2 million people taking the poll, the greatest percent...35% were libertarian, second was centrists at 30%.

If your worried about where the number will sit at year's end, you're in the wrong game my friend. I have no stress with my portfolio because I buy, and hold, and hold, and hold, and hold somemore. Something drastic has to be on the horizon before I make big changes. I'll dump an underperformer occasionally...I used to be hot on Alcoa, then with problems with their wet cathode smelting technology they were developing, decreasing worldwide demand, and high energy costs in an industry that is extremely heavily dependent on cheap energy...I dumped it, at a profit too. I got all my ducats out before the tech bubble collapsed...if you didn't see it coming, you were a fucking idiot...AskJeeves.com at $84? riiiiggghhttt. WebVan at $104? Uhhh, yeah. Once it bottomed out in the 7000s, I put it all right back in. Even today you've got what are essentially bastardized media companies...Yahoo, trading at far beyond their actual worth. Show me revenue, show me profit, show me assets. People are too focused on growth stocks, hoping to catch the next rising star...well it ain't a sprint kids, it's a marathon. On of the simplest things you can do is put more money in when the market goes south. It's bargain shopping. It's highly unlikely that an established blue chip will not recover and push to new heights. But again, which blue chips? People love Dell, and yeah Mike Dell is a phenomenally savy businessman, but at this point in time PCs are a commodity market. You can only outsource, resource, and streamline supply lines and production so much. After that, what happens? Nothing, you're sitting on an overvalued commodity because you expected it to keep growing. Study Buffet, study Dodd, study Graham. Read Siegel's Stocks for the Long Run. Learn to read a balance sheet. Know who the leading three firms are in the sectors you're invested in. Find the 10-50 year trends that will drive our future...i.e. aging baby boomer population, and exploit it. Whether the Dow's at 10k , 9k, or 11k is the big "so what". Short term fluctuations are a byproduct of brokers and analysts trying to make short term numbers and boost transaction costs.

Here's an observation: You seem to be confusing part with whole. For example, you are a woman, but you are not all women. Therefore you are part, not whole. You are confusing hatred toward you with hatred toward the whole. I love everybody. "C'mon people now smile on your brutha, everybody get together try to love one another right now" Damn I hate that song, lazy damn hippies
