  3. May I suggest the Washington Ice guide? http://www.wastateice.net/ Ok that link isn't complete as a guide, but great for updated conditions . There is ice sprinkled through the valley. it takes some exploring , luck and low avvy danger. There is some good info in the guidebook that the link talks about.

  15. The bivy in the cave has some issues. It is not a good place to bail from unless you fix to the summit. It has mice and the dung of mice. It is a natural spark plug in lightning storms.
  16. What is the preferred city to fly to Buenos Aries or Santiago?How do you get to use you air miles to do it? What is the airline to get to punta areis? Any help is greatly appreciated. Is it worth booking in advance?
