blake, simply put you f'ed yourself. ever heard the phrase "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law?" notice it says CAN and WILL ... and unfortunately in your case WAS. which totally sucks, but hopefully you learned something from the process. which i can almost guarantee you is just what the judge wants and why he increased your fine.
