dberdinka Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 (edited) Trip: Trisolace Peak - Northeast Spur Date: 7/6/2016 Trip Report: I wandered off to the southern end of the Twin Sisters Range and scrambled up a nice ridgeline on Trisolace Peak. There was a lot of bushwacking and boulder hopping enroute. A great place to have an adventure. Edited July 22, 2016 by dberdinka Quote
JasonG Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Geez Darin, you keep finding new adventures for us unimaginative ones! I went straight to my photos, Beckey books, and maps to figure out where in the heck Trisolace Peak even was. Thanks for sniffing out a cool looking route in a spectacular neck of the woods. It is on the list for sure! Quote
olyclimber Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 this is definitely not terrible. looks like a fine adventure. so awesome that that piece of land was waiting for just you. Quote
bellows Posted July 9, 2016 Posted July 9, 2016 Very cool. Thanks for shedding some light on what looks like an awesome and relatively unknown area. Quote
seth holton Posted July 10, 2016 Posted July 10, 2016 Not fully ignored is the elbow lake trail. I log it out every year for the forest service and brush it every other year. Last year we logged it twice as a mid season windstorm dropped more trees. An amazing pocket of the universe back there. Nice adventure. Quote
Choada_Boy Posted July 10, 2016 Posted July 10, 2016 Yeah, boy! You are quite the pioneer. The best bouldering in WA is up there, too, Someone should fall a tree to improve the second creek crossing going in, IMHO. It gets sketchy at high water, having taken a swim trying to get my dog back across. Quote
