Like most Rfucks, her grasp of the facts is a loose one, but that is the last thing her base is worried about. Remember, the bagger movement is a reactive. emotional one - no intellectual component required. They damn well know what they're against, and have absolutely no policy agenda past that. She's not in this for the money. Palin's a trailer girl who, through sheer dumb luck, found herself in the national spotlight at just the right time for her "message" - which is nothing more than regurgitated results of what her constituents want to here. Give her an income and she'd spend her days in a Snuggy, watching soaps. Still, Bachman's not an RNC favorite - because she won't tow the their line, and she's got a damn big mouth (literally). The RNC's problem is that Romney is a coma inducing candidate, while Bachman's fun to watch in action. It'll be interesting to see how the GOP navigates this...
