Bug Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 KKK thinks Obama already did fail. There is a party in his head right now. Quote
Pete_H Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 Any economic improvement that has occurred during this administration's tenure is solely due to policies put in place during the Bush Administration. Any stagnation or declines, of course, are Obama's fault alone. Quote

Fairweather Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 Just back from Costco. DOES ANYBODY HERE SPEAK ENGLISH! No, I'm suggesting that Obama didn't have a fucking clue when he and his fellow Dems passed the stimulus bill. Two words: Shovel. Ready. Â So, you want to give Obama credit for the good news, but not the bad. Like I said... Quote
prole Posted November 8, 2009 Author Posted November 8, 2009 Sorry, I am trying to follow along here. Are you complaining that the stimulus has not gone far enough to put unemployed people to work? Quote
Fairweather Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 I know it's difficult for you. I'm suggesting the stimulus bill was packed with political favors and reciprocity and was never about jobs. I'm suggesting you're a cult zombie-like follower who is willingly ignorant. If I recall, Obama assured congress that passage of his bill would keep unemployment at/below 8%. So what happened? Quote
prole Posted November 8, 2009 Author Posted November 8, 2009 I know it's difficult for you. I'm suggesting the stimulus bill was packed with political favors and reciprocity and was never about jobs. Â Sorry, you'll have to talk with Kevbone about this point. I don't do conspiracy. Â What confuses me is why all of a sudden you people give a shit about unemployed people. You supported policies that shipped jobs overseas, you were against helping out automakers when millions of jobs were at risk, you're against collective action by unions to limit layoffs, you've bitched about extending unemployment benefits and other "welfare schemes", and you don't believe in government putting people to work. And yet now you're all about unemployment. Huh. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted November 8, 2009 Posted November 8, 2009 You supported policies that shipped jobs overseas  unlike you who don't support "policies" but personally CHOOSE to buy foreign cars?  Quote
