jon
Hey Folks, Today we are publishing a great article written by Colin Haley, who just left for Pakistan, on alpine gear considerations for climbing in the greater ranges. While not apparently obvious, clicking on the images will bring them to full screen. Thanks to Colin for getting this done before he left for his trip. Hope you enjoy the article! http://www.cascadeclimbers.com/alpine/colin-haley-alpinism
bobinc
This looks great; succinct yet not too condensed. Thanks for the effort, Colin. There is a font problem on page 1 of the "hardware" section.

Rad
Gear review without links to buy the gear? That would be silly. I am glad to hear Colin is getting some $ for this. He clearly worked hard to put that piece together and it's very professional. Way to go CC for helping support our local hero!

cj001f
$1,000 for a Soloist actually used by Colin Haley. Witness the sign of his bond with the gods of Alpinism for eternal strength. For the small price of $1,000 (ten easy payments of $120) you too can gain the strength of Colin
Kevin_Matlock
The images no worky. Nice effect when clicking the "thumbnail", but the frame is just a white box. I see the next/prev when I mouse over the corners, but don't actually see the larger image. Maybe just a problem for me here at work???? olyclimber
More than likely you're having an issue with Java, which the image tool we're using there depends on.

Kevin_Matlock
Porter believes he has an idea of what is going on with the 'harward part 1' page and will correct it in the next couple of days, but all the rest appear to be ok. Technical issues aside, lots of info to be had for sure. Good job and thanks for everyone's efforts putting it together.
