kevbone Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Ok so I know there are some NBA fans out there. With June 28th approaching soon…..there has to be some excitement surrounding the upcoming draft. Some say this is the best draft since Shaq was drafted. Either way, Portland and Seattle simply have to wave there hand and they will be getting a franchise player. Quote
kevbone Posted June 25, 2007 Author Posted June 25, 2007 When you are celebrating a Portland or Seattle championship.....will you care then? Quote
jjd Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 No. I won't be celebrating any NBA championship. Fuck the NBA! Quote
Peter_Puget Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I would be excited about winning the MLB championship! Quote
Brianmoore Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 I am watching this draft with great anticipation. This is exciting. After following both players, it is clear both players will become premier players in the NBA. Portland and Seattle are lucky to have the one and two picks. I do believe the Portland Trail Blazers will choose Oden. Take Oden, Marcus Aldridge and Brandon Roy, trade Zack Randolph and a couple of lower draft picks for a better player and they have a team to watch. My two cents. Quote
kevbone Posted June 25, 2007 Author Posted June 25, 2007 I would be excited about winning the MLB championship! Yes....that would be exciting. So would any pro (local) sports team making the finals and winning. Portland or Seattle. Quote
strumpett Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 No. I won't be celebrating any NBA championship. Fuck the NBA! Looks like someone needs to switch to decaf! Relax friend. Quote
AlpineK Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 The NBA is fucking stupid. Right now both Portland and Seattle suck at basketball. At least Seattle has a good past from the late 70s Quote
Brianmoore Posted June 25, 2007 Posted June 25, 2007 Right now both Portland and Seattle suck at basketball. How true. I hope this will change on June 28th for both cities. Quote
i_like_sun Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Where is the "Who Fucking Cares Category?" YEP. Quote

Dechristo Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Nixon, Ford, Carter. need anymore to disclaim "everyone"? Quote
AlpineK Posted June 26, 2007 Posted June 26, 2007 Nixon, Ford, Carter. need anymore to disclaim "everyone"? In many ways those were the best politicians ever. I love Nixon's line, "I am not a crook." Ford used to fall down stairs and didn't Carter get attacked by a rabbit and he had an idiot brother named Billy. Now there's some cool shit. It's hard to top that with a power team from both parties. Quote

jaee Posted June 27, 2007 Posted June 27, 2007 Yep, Clinton sucked. Greatest period of economic growth. Budget surplus. No war. Yep, those were bad times.... Quote
