Thanks Sobo, but I gained two pounds this week. Stepped on the scale this morning, 132 lbs. Not surprised since I was at a conference in Dallas. All that food, dessert bars and drinking are not conducive to weight loss, but it was a very fun time. Back to watching what I eat this week.

 

How is everyone else doing?

Today I'm at 206 lbs.

 

That's down 12.5 lbs from my start or down 9 lbs from the contest start.

 

I found out from one of my doctors that I probably don't want to drop bellow 200 lbs before Aug 10th for some medical reasons that are pretty funny, but I ain't posting them here. :laf:

I went up to and been holding at 187 for the last couple of weeks. It is way better than my starting 196. I still want to drop more, just need to get motivated again.

back up to 143 *sigh* i just love food too much to do this whole be hungry thing. I love pasta and treats and yummy bread.

start : 208

from jan 1 : 227

 

my tits are gone and yet i feel better about myself...

Let's see, yesterday afternoon I was at 209 lbs

 

That's down 11 pounds from my start or down 7 pounds from the contest start.

 

I seem to have hit a static point on weight loss.

Where are all the weigh-ins? Monday, remember. I'm not at home so don't have a scale so can't weigh in until next Tuesday. What's everyone else's excuse?

 

I figured this thing is over, well it has been for me for a while now. I have leveled off at 185, been there for quite a while. If I really get motivated I will try and drop another 10 lbs, but beer has been tasting so good lately now that it is dry season.
