TrogdortheBurninator Posted August 29, 2006 Posted August 29, 2006 What is the deal with the E. Face of concord? How come nobody has pushed a line past minuteman? Quote
cluck Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Sweet. I guess I got a FA on Little Annapurna last summer. I think I'll call it NE Trundlefield (Grade I Class 1+) Quote
dberdinka Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Did you confuse your FA list with your chossy-heaps list?? Quote
roboboy Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Hozomeen Zorro face - 3000 ft bolted sport route for someone who wants to spend a whole summer on one climb. Quote
MtnHigh Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Mike's just sending you on a wild goose chase so he can pick the real plums. Quote

powderhound Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Did you confuse your FA list with your chossy-heaps list?? hahahaha I agree Quote
DirtyHarry Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 I don't see what the difference between the two is? Quote
G-spotter Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 don't forget the huge buttress with the splitter crack in Renton, near the school Quote
billcoe Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 don't forget the huge buttress with the splitter crack in Renton, near the school I've heard that the massive granite schoolroom crack got done and the new Renton guidebook is out. Confirmation? Quote
layton Posted August 30, 2006 Author Posted August 30, 2006 hey, not ALL of those are choss. and it's not a random list either, all of those have a prominent unclimbed line on them. can't tell it's a shit heap unless you go check it out... Quote

Cobra_Commander Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Be careful with the Renton situation. You can still climb there but there have been a few access issues. I don't think that guidebook was a good idea considering how our access could get yanked at any moment. It would be a real shame to lose such nice climbs so close to Seattle. It doesn't seem like a lot of folks are getting in there these days either. Quote
DirtyHarry Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Its pretty weird though, that sweet finger to hand crack I scrubbed last spring is already starting to get mossy again. Its indicative of a lot of routes there. I don't know why it doesn't see more traffic? Quote
DirtyHarry Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Perfect, you'll have more time to establish new routes in Renton! Quote
Cobra_Commander Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 fkna didn't think of that, thanks! Quote
G-spotter Posted August 30, 2006 Posted August 30, 2006 Who are they gonna promote to take your place - Destro? Quote
