The true story is this. First, their was a crew chief working atop the F-15 when this happened. After the car hit the jet, he fell onto the car's hood from where he was standing atop the left intake. He yelled for the base FD to respond and attempted to unsuccessfully extricate the cops. When the base FD finally tore the car apart, they found the driver (male) with his BDU pants open, and the passenger SP (female) firmly wedged into his lap. You all can puit together the rest.
