allthumbs Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 Do you get style points for sporting "dingleberrys"? Quote
Dru Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 March of The Kitchen Utensils I think nude ascents are more popular on rock cragging type routes than ice climbs or alpine routes. but by all means try for the FNA of Liberty Ridge if you must. Bear Mountain, Mount Baring and Bears' Breast would be good peaks to do FNA's of. Quote
sk Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 Trask, I believe that would be negative style points, as it would detract from the otherwise pleasing display of skin and rock. I have a friend who does some modeling and did a series with a photographer. i have not seen the pics, but imagine they are quite beautiful Quote
Poseur Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 It could really neutralize that hot button issue of "bolting cracks" too. Quote
allthumbs Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 ...and give new meaning to sportin' some horsecock Quote
Poseur Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 Would "safe sex" be synonomous with "pulling on plastic"? Quote

avypoodle Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 I had a friend who thought a good idea for a first date was nude simosoloing the 3rd Flatiron. Funny thing was they had to pass a party night climbing with headlamps Quote
sk Posted June 25, 2002 Posted June 25, 2002 interesting first date... sort of puts everything out on the table doesn't it? not much left to hide Quote

Stefan Posted June 26, 2002 Posted June 26, 2002 Okay. I can't believe I am telling you guys this. I am claiming the first nude solo ascent of Unicorn Peak in MRNP. I did it many, many years ago. I just thought it appropriate to do this when I saw the peak from the visitors center. The actual peak looks like something hard sticking up high. So I thought it was appropriate to solo it nude.
