A lot of them are the dead puppets of three or four still very active individuals. A number of others belong to someone persona non grata for life. All told, I'd guess there are no more than a dozen individual human beings involved in that entire list of banned users, and I think several are coming back soon. Banning is very much the exception, rather than the rule. If whining got one banned, you all would be such history.... Quote
