klenke
A centrist. Just as I suspected, though not at the exact center.

willstrickland
Libertarian, almost centrist, close to left-liberal. Of the over 2 million people taking the poll, the greatest percent...35% were libertarian, second was centrists at 30%.

allthumbs
I'm considering Strickland's idea of voting Libertarian this time around. Actually, I've been considering it for a couple of months now. If more of us start leaning this way, they won't be wasted votes.

Off_White
I suppose no one is surprised I come out solidly in the left liberal segment. Somehow I thought I might edge a little closer to the Libertarian end, but I suppose the fact I've gotten a little wishy washy on free trade issues is the only thing that keeps me out of the left corner pocket. willstrickland
As much as it pains me to do so, in the next election, I'll vote democrat. It's going to be close in my estimation, and I'm not willing to waste a vote like I did in Bush/Gore. In '08, I go Libertarian....unless Hillary runs and it looks like she has a shot, then I'll put my vote toward the best contender opposing her. It's a catch 22, if you have libertarian views and don't vote your conscious, third parties will never be viable, but if you do, you're wasting your vote. It's a "are you voting for someone, or against someone" decision. This time around, I'm voting against someone.

E-rock
Left-Liberal Left-Liberals prefer self-government in personal matters and central decision-making on economics. They want government to serve the disadvantaged in the name of fairness. Leftists tolerate social diversity, but work for economic equality. scott_harpell
Dustin_B said: your test is broken, says I'm more liberal than conservative ??? (see attachment) no... it means that our political system is antiquated and in dire need of an overhaul. when the majority dont even subscribe to on eof the dominant parties it usually suggest something is wrong.
