A little LIE is like being a little pregnant - eventually it will show itself. yelrotflmao.gif

So when do you know you are being lied to?

People think they NEED people in their lives

Yessssss...this is a lie!

So when do you know you are being lied to? I believe everything that is told to me unless it is dripping with sarcasm...

That was the point Anna. You can't know when you are being lied to. It is unfortunate. But the fact of the matter is you CHOSE whom you believe. And then you live with those consequences. Many things that people believe are lies are in fact a matter of misunderstanding or misperception. All people must think for them selves.

My humble oppinion of course wink.gif I don't realy KNOW any thing. Just sharing my ideas.

you can know when you are being lied too. you just must be able to understand the premise of the lie and the person whom you are speaking with. and what their possible intentions are.

knowing yourself and why someone might want to lie to you is a good start.

I take this part back...I really don't trust anyone unless I know them pretty well and even that is hard to do.

knowing why someone might want to lie to you is a good start.

I find that next to impossible...

just because you think something does not make it so. you can have an idea, but "knowing" is something else I think.

If you are true and honest with yourself then if should be easy to be the same with others. thumbs_up.gif Problem is many people don't know or love themselves. confused.gif They do things that hurt other people such as lying because they can't see past themselves. smirk.gif

YOUD BE SUPRISED

I often am.

to me there is a differnce between what is true, and what is TRUETH

Be true to yourself and you will see the truth in others.

TRUST is like an insurance policy! blush.gif You have to pay into for so long and once you give a person trust - you can't take it back. But we all do!
