Wrong question, Dalius. You tell me who has freedom, liberty, and self-determination figured out. Oh, and currently Britain has higher violent crime rates than the U.S., thanks to that great gun-control plan they have over there. Quote

Have to clear this up for you, Dalius. There aren't "registered" guns in the U.S., per se. However, ALL guns are serialized and reported to the BATF upon manufacture and sale. This is where these numbers come from. It's not like there is a huge cache of guns that cannot be traced or accounted for at some point. Granted, there is certain amount of weaponry that gets into the U.S. illegally. It must be stated here that the firearms manufacturing industry is THE MOST REGULATED industry in the United States, at this time. You are misleading people by your statement; probably due to ignorance, but now you know. GregW Quote
AlpineK Posted April 4, 2003 Posted April 4, 2003 Hey Greg I think Dalius was talking about Canada not Britian. I've been to Canada quite a bit, and they seem to have a nice life up there. Ya know freedom, beer, mountains, etc. Quote

You mention freedom: how much freedom does their tax system provide? How free are they in their health care decisions? Why do so many of them look like dirty hippies? These are all important issues. allison Posted April 4, 2003 Posted April 4, 2003 I'd trade our way of life for their way of life any day of the week. You'd think that shitbag NAFTA treaty would have at least made it easier to emigrate. Quote
