  1. Barely used BD Cobras, older style with leashes so you can hang when you have that strange realization of what you are really doing and how out of shape you let yourself become. Both for $250 near Leavenworth, $300 shipped to lower 48.
  2. I've got a lightly used BD Eldorado tent and vestibule for sale. This has only been used on snow or soft vegetation and is in great shape. The only damage to the tent is a 1/16th" wide hole that came from the factory that way. I sealed it with clear Tear-Aid tape and have never had a problem. I will get some real photos up tonight but here are the links to the Backcountry copy. Tent is located in Winthrop, WA and I'd be happy to split shipping if it needs to be mailed. I used to post on CC.com as JBo6 a lot more, but could not recover my password so created a new account. I'm pretty active on TGR as well if "references" are needed. https://www.backcountry.com/black-diamond-eldorado-tent-2-person-4-season?s=a https://www.backcountry.com/black-diamond-eldorado-tent-vestibule?s=a
  3. I have two of these harnesses that my kids have outgrown. Barely used and in great shape. Both come with carry bag. $30 each or $50 for both. I live in Mount Vernon but can get then to Seattle or Bellingham area.
  4. Two North Face duffles, 1 large, 1 XL, no punctures or holes. Smaller, size large duffle a bit dirty, XL clean. Large $35.00 XL $45.00 Both $75.00 Shipping: 1 duffle $20.00, both 25.00
  5. Mountain Hardwear Chill Factor fleece, size large. Good condition, no holes, all zippers work. 10th Anniversary patch on middle back. $35.00 + $15.00 shipping
  6. Size large, in great shape, reinforced knees and butt, trap door with zipper on backside. No holes. Hard to find. $45.00 + $15.00 shipping.
  7. Pickup in Portland preferred, otherwise can ship for cost. Petzl Aztarex - hammer and adze pair with BD leashes and shafts wrapped with grip tape. Petzl Blue Ice picks are sharp. Great tools and lots of life left. I picked them up used years ago but need something with a real spike. Trade for pair of Petzl Sum'tecs, otherwise $250 for the set.
  8. I have a set of grivel tech machine carbons with hammers I'd like to pass on. They are from last season and have only a few days of use. One day in silverton, a day in ouray, two days in hyalite. I ended up with a set of eliteclimb tools and dont need these as extras. Minor scratches from use. Never used drytooling. $400 for the set. 54I-48O-O5IO ~Dave
  9. These are like new. Worn during 1 season for about 6 times only. I can't use them because they're just too small. I tried to make them work but they just hurt too much. I really need a size bigger. $100 or offer.
  10. La Sportiva Spantik size 45 with both the stock liners and a pair of Intuition Denali Liners. Used them on two trips to the AK range and don't foresee myself needing them any time soon (Sadly). Plenty of life left, the fabric eyelets are like new (known weak point of this boot). I'm a street shoe 10.5 and with the Denali liners I bet anyone from a 10-11.5 could fit. $500 OBO. I live in SLC but will ship. Also, I realize that the new profile might be a red flag for some of you. I have a 10 year old profile on mountainproject but wanted to post these boots here, so feel free to look me up! Thanks.
  11. Very lightly used W-II in 2 styles. No wear on the webbing. Soles excellent. Asking $55.00 per pair, shipped. Please pay by PPFF or add the goods fee if that’s your preference. Venmo as well. Open Toe Closed Big Toe 0
  12. Four years ago I thought I was gonna be a mountaineer! I enrolled in the courses, I bought the gear, and I started paying the tuition. Currently, I am in school to be a doctor of physical therapy. Can you guess what happened? I got mega injured and spent so much time in rehab that I decided on a change of life course. Fortunately, all the gear listed here is 100% brand new and never been used. I didn't get injured USING the gear, but I did remove the price tags when I first purchased them- thus, I cannot return them to backcountry.com for a refund. I simply held onto all this stuff hoping that one day I'd use it. But now I lay awake at night thinking about my extravagant student loan debt and not so much about summiting any dang thing in Patagonia. So, you want some of these goodies? Everything is 100% brand new and the prices are simply 50% of what I originally paid for them a couple of years ago. Local pickup in Portland is preferred, but I can maybe drive stuff out to you or ship it also depending on what all is good for everyone involved. Attached is a nice little PDF of some photos, information, and prices about all the gear. I'll keep this list up-to-date as things move. If you see it here, then I have it at my house! Have a great season everyone! Again, prices are listed at 50% of what I paid for them and all items are in the same condition as I received them. The list includes: 1. Black Diamond- Prime Alpine Touring Ski Boot - 27 - Bd Orange $150 2. Salewa Vertical Pro Mountaineering Boot - Men's - size 9 $160 3. Petzl Lynx LL Crampon with Fakir Crampon Bag $105 4. Dynafit TLT Radical ST Binding - 92mm brake $250 5. Garmin eTrex 30 GPS $90 6. Black Diamond / Pieps Sport Avalanche Safety Set (incl. shovel, probe, beacon) $190 7. Grivel G1+ S.A. Ice Axe w/Leash - 66cm $50 8. Suunto MC-2G Navigator Compass $40 Mountain Goods.pdf

  19. I bought 'em from Feathered Friends in 2014 to climb Mt Shuksan (successful), climbed Olympus in 2016 (successful), and hiked part of Mt Adams with grandson in 2017, then tried Mt Baker this past weekend (unsuccessful) because my left foot became so terribly painful that I turned back just before the Roman wall where it gets steep. Left foot has had surgery which has now (apparently) caused the shape/size to change enough that the boot just doesn't fit well - is far too tight, and quite painful after a while. So, they should go to someone who will get good use out of 'em. Original cost was a bit under $600, how about $300, and I ship (CONUS) for that?
  20. A used sleeping bag with a few repairs and ready to go. Approximate temperature rating is 15 to 20 degree's F. - Regular size, mummy style with box foot construction. - 1.2 ounce ripstop nylon. - 24" in length longitudinal baffled down compartments over the torso. Elsewhere, 6" horizontal slant box baffled construction. - Left zip, near full length #5 YKK zipper with double pulls. Works as it should. - Double Polarguard filled draft flaps seal the zipper. - Polarguard filled 360 degree collar at the shoulders. ------------- Repairs: - 1 abrasion covered with Seam Grip. - One 4" section of baffle stitching had come apart and was repaired by Ripstop Repairs in Boulder, CO. --------------- Improvement: I had some goose down on hand and decided to open the very top seam in a few places and added a generous amount to the longitudinal compartments. Took some time and but increases the lower temperature rating to about 15 - 20 degree's F by my estimation. The sleeping bag is not an ultra light by today's standards but is thoughtfully designed and well made. Weight is 3lbs 10oz with the overfill, not to shabby. Includes the original stuff sack. Asking $115.00 plus shipping cost. PPFF or Venmo.
