Partly correct. The upgrade did indeed trash the custom titles, and has replaced them with the default titles based upon post count (see the FAQ). You could prolly get one of the mods to give you your custom title back, but I have seen that when they do that, you will have two titles (the default and the custom) and they can't do anything about it. It's in the software. The face thingie is the "moodz" that everyone's been asking about. Go the the upper right of your screen, where it says [Log out] and you will see a matching face. Click on the "down arrow" and you can select a new mood. If you are offline, you get the gray sleeping graemlin. Your welcome.

Ah ha! So it's not just me. I get logged out every goddamn time I start a thread, post a reply, or respond to a PM. Just view my posts over the last couple days, matt. I can feel it... it's going to happen again in 3... 2... 1...

Christ! You peeps are all bitching about moods and titles and shit. Every time I post a reply, edit a post, or start a new thread, I get dumped out of the "logged in" state. I have to then close my browser, expire my cookies, re-log back in, and go find where I just was to check the post or to surf to a new thread. AND THIS HAPPENS EVERY FUCKING GODDAMN TIME!!!!1 And now the goddamn re-direct to PayPal shit is starting back up again! Arrrrrrrrrrrgh! I think I have a legitimate reason to be bitching here, not whining about moods and titles and all that rot. And as soon as I hit the "Submit" button for this reply, I'm gonna get dumped back out again... this makes it extremely difficult to stay up to speed on the latest spray. :anger:

I'm with you. Is there a way to customize whether we want to view recent threads or recent posts? I tried looking in my preferences, and couldn't find anything, but then, I'm not all that swift at this computer stuff . . . I remember it now. When you go to the "Past 24 Hours" link, just click on the left side where it says "Active Threads" or "Active Topics" or something like that, and it will switch views to jsut the forums with active threads. You won't see the multiple post replies listed. You can thank me later, cuz I'm gonna get dumped offline again in 3... 2... 1...

That problem was answered by porter yesterday, but now I can't find the thread. Do a search within the past 2 days, with "porter" in the username as the author. It should turn up. I'd do it for you, but as soon as I post this reply, I'm going to dumped out again, and I'm just plain fucking sick and tired of it. Back to work, sobo! Whoosh! CRACK!

Hey Porter, So what's the deal with being logged out when you click "Submit" to post? Happens every time. I click to reply or post a new thread, type the shit in, and then click "Submit" and Voila! The post appears - wunnerful! BUT, in the process of doing this, I am no longer logged in. So I click "Log In" in the upper right corner, and type in my name and password (which, BTW, doesn't auto-complete anymore either), click "Log In", and then I get the message that my username and password are incorrect. Try it again: No joy. So I close the browser completely, re-open the browser, and Voila! I'm automatically back in the race WITHOUT re-entering name and/or password. WTF is going on? I've expired my cookies so damn many times even the Union Gospel Mission doesn't want them anymore.

Hey, at long last (since the last site upgrade) I get my title back. I'm a spray'prentice! yay! AND I don't get re-directed to PayPal after every third or fourth mouseclick... yeah yeah, I know, I'm overdue. I have an account that I don't remember the codes to, but my wife uses it, but she's got them cached into her browser, so neither one of us remember WTF they are. No excuse, yeah, I know that, too... Love what ya did with the site, but how come when you post, you get dumped out of the "logged in" state. You click "Log In" and it doesn't fill in your password, then it says that you're using the wrong password. You close the browser, reopen, and WHAM! you're already logged in. What gives?
