great points-wrong forum some sauce-age would help. (linkies as you call them here) Oh, and calling YOUR [Washingtonian] congress... type folk in order to talk to the intern so sweetly as to convince them that they should hand a note saying "what you like" is stuper fun. I think they [interns] might wet their panteeeeeeeez when this happens

Best routes to learn to climb cracks in the NW

Hey Kyle, I'm in Portland too. The Farside is decent this time of year. The maples are bear so it gets some sun. And there's even a bolted trad route or something like that... There's always the Circuit in the mean time. -
I figured as much, I just want them gone at this point...

Shit, I'll take $50 for them at this point (no insoles). Speak up, or I'm taking them to NA later today. Praise Ullr!

And just when I thought the sandbox was clear to tread in...

I laughed for a second when I thought you were talking about the gorge Table Mtn. Slightly worried too, if you were bringing ropes up there. Did you leave a note at the bottom of the ropes? That has worked for me in the past when you do something silly like leave your ropes on on Cock Rock ... Good Luck

My yellow (2 I think) TCU is my most placed piece of gear by far. I have one larger than that and then I head to C4's. Working great so far, but I assure you that I have way less experience than most folks around here.

perhaps if you can find an industrial supply of bacon-grease for me to first coat meself in before attempting the squeeze? i would really like to explore where that underground river went, you called it the maze or something like that? Masochist Maze? I hear it had a ten inch squeeze... lots of bacon grease required for that one. I'm down -
My partner backed out on doing the corner with me tomorrow. Any of you folks heading out there Friday, the 11th? He was my ride as well so I need transport; I'll throw in some green/gas.

If they are the alpine version, I'll take'm. I'm guessing they aren't though, eh?

That's right, some 3 pin leathers! My buddy got me a setup last season and the boots were too big. They are in near perfect condition and I'll even throw in a pair of new superfeet insoles. I am totally open for trades in the EU43 size. I am a broke college student in Portland that dreams of all sorts of gear as well; rock and alpine. I was looking at these online and they are going for like $250. Yikes! I would be happy to get $150 for them. If I am way off, make me an offer. In Portland and would prefer to deal locally. ~Adam adam dot j dot henke at the googles
