    Who Dat

  2. Because there's no hockey or Tim Horton's in China.
  3. Thanks I been there though. I just bought a 5 dollar map that showed where the bouldering areas were. Then when I got to the areas I just walked around and tried to climb shit.
  4. Guidebooks for bouldering is stoopid.
  5. If you look at the trees at the base it looks more like 5-7 pitches of climbing depending on the height of the trees.
  6. I think there's like three threads about this already.
  7. But isn't the alternative to government the unfettered free market, i.e. the insurance industry? I'm not sure you can have it both ways.
  8. Anyone speak Mandarin? http://aaj.americanalpineclub.org/climbs-and-expeditions/asia/china/xinjiang-province/2009-keketuohai-reconnaissance-by-d-gray/

  10. I'm "working" right now.

    Hey kevbone!

So you think there's another cause of Kevbone's autism other than getting vaccinated?
  17. As Jim Donini said on ST about Slab Daddy, "Hurts my feet just thinking about it."
  18. How come we haven't grid bolted the fucking thing yet?

    nwhikers.net

That's perhaps just a little bit psychotic.
  21. We should have one tram into an alpine cirque in the Cascades. Or at least a hut system or some shit.
  22. I do think hand drilling encourages use of less or superfluous bolting and the route developer is encouraged to make more judicious and efficient use of bolts, which results (IMHO) in not only less impact, but a better quality route.
  23. Good observations Darin. Those are important topics for future discussion. I have always wondered why bikes aren't allowed in wilderness areas. They obviously aren't mechanized.
  24. Thanks for setting the record straight. Hopefully some day I will have the skill and "motovation" to "due" an overbolted .10b.
