I've been following these workouts for a little bit now and am loving them. One thing I can't seem to understand though is the 25-15-9 reps concept. First of all what is this so I know I'm doing these right in the first place and second of all why does it work?
My parents really like that I use it...its not too heavy or bulky(i just stash it in the bottom of my pack), really durable, easy to use, etc. Also, my parents aren't freaking out if I'm home late.
Lol dude you just have no idea...i dont even like video games much but mw2 is sick. every guy at our school is playing it...haha there arent going to be any parties for like a month...
Has anyone on this site done Ice cliff glacier or stuart glacier couloir in the fall?
What rack would you recommend? How much ice did you encounter? Were there any rock sections on ice cliff glacier you had to climb?
Thanks guys
BJ
WTF!! You can't be serious!!
When I was 16 all I could think about was my skateboard and POON! The Skateboard (and knowing how to do all the cool tricks on the fly-away ramp) helped get the skate-poon... Ahhhh the days.
Drinking shoulder tapped beer, with the hot skater-poon, and riding the Fishbanks at De Anza park.... If I could go back in time...
Ahh the glory days...one bad thing about climbing at such a young age is that you miss out on a lot of good old-fashioned hs fun lol
