  1. A wee bit of Talking Heads action there...?? Strange, but not a stranger... Thanks to all our good neighbors that didn't kick us out when we crashed the party.

  3. Great! First time at Vantage... Here's our boy Geoff. Lots of "familiar" faces of those I've never met. cc.comr's
  4. Cheers!
  5. Locked & loaded. See you bright an early.
  6. I'm tempted to head to Vantage but the weather looks pretty crappy. I've got a job interview in Ellensburg on Monday so I was hoping to do some weekend cragging near E-burg all weekend. Maybe I will see some of you out there? Looks like I won't be bringing a partner so perhaps I can find one there? I've been wanting to check it out for years now.
  7. Jim was on a roll. Nice work Jimmy!
  8. Hmmmm, where should I post my 3,000th post? Dooohhh, I just done spent it on this useless thread. Gosh-dangity-stink!
  9. HELLO! Not dangerous at all! bukbukbukbukbukbukbukbukbukbukbukbuk.... COCK A DOODLE DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey Rooster, you should check out the sweet digs out here in the gorge. I know of a new state of the art, semi-master planned, chicken communiuty. Best part is, it's ALL hens, no roosters. Get my drift, buddy? LeCasa De Pollo Then again, the last two roosters ended up as dog food. Just sayin... Boc, boc, BaGooooocckk!
  10. Pretty cool. I did the one at the base of ElCap many years ago but heard it is still there when I recently asked someone about it. Seems it was every bit as big as this one but maybe my memory is off?
  11. I've got the same pack and I love it! I'd like to get the smaller one too.
  12. I've got a highs school buddy who is a pretty crazy SOB, looks like the stats caught up with him when he was hit by a car crossing the street last week. He's in ICU and all busted up, hoping he pulls through. I was not surprised when I heard he had an accident knowing how ballzy he is, very surprised it happened while crossing the street, though. Life is a risk, no matter how well you mitigate perceived risk(s). Seems if you stay home safe and secure, chances are lightning will strike you in your comfy bed...
  13. Stupid is as stupid does. You can have my fork. Please post pics once fork is inserted.
  14. Go, Trashie, GO! I'm all for it but always the Devil's advocate, too. The times are a changin...
  15. you convinced your neighbors yet though? Guess you ain't met my neighbors yet?
  16. Fixed it fer ya. Too bad the man won't want to give up all those jobs/revenue that comes with incarcerating all the pot heads. Seems like the biggest drawbacks to legalizing is the resistance of all the people benefiting/making careers out of "criminals". Jails, courts, local law enforcement coffers, etc. Not to mention the illegal growers that want to keep it that way. Yes, I would much rather see our tax dollars going toward education and other services rather than funding the cash cow that is "the war on drugs". We'll see.
  17. I wonder where motorcycles fit in the hierarchy of risky sports?
  18. On RTL, make damned sure you're the first on the route. You don't want another party above you.
  19. Just bring to a boil!

    BORING

OK, but you first.... Nahhh...I'm an athiest. I don't believe in anything. I reconsidered it once but i couldn't find any evidence to make me believe anything or something. I've got nothing to reconsider about anything. Shouldn't you be a nihilist then?
  23. Let me see if I still have my maps from when I went there a couple years ago w 112. There is tons of great campsites along the various lakes. It seems they were free but you had to buy some local permit. I will PM you if I dig up the maps (sure I've got some where in the map chest). Z "Incredible Dihedral" on Ride the Lightning, was just that! Great place to go car camping/cragging/fishing/biking/whatevering with the family(ies).
