  1. granted, good sir, the genus is the subject, not the species! Mmmmmmmm, oysters! On that subject I'm a purist. Horseradish and tabasco sauce, and a squeeze a lemon. I can eat a couple dozen right now...
  2. OK, thread drift. We all know change-overs are big time killers, on the road home or on a long alpine route. So, how do you hold yer pee on a long road trip, stopping only for gas? I pretend I'm peeing out my finger, while tapping it on the steering wheel. Seems to give me the allusion of relief for a while. Or, just be sure to save that large mouth Gatorade bottle.
  3. Don't forget the anchovies.
  4. Have you tried it on a Ritz cracker with vanilla ice cream? Yes, I'm serious. I LOVE a Ritz with vanilla ice cream and a few sliced Serrano peppers on top. The salty, sweet crunchy mixed with the ice cold, silky & spicy is over the top fawking delictable goodness. Don't knock it till ya try it!
  5. I used to go to the winds every year, preferably in September. There is less bugs (hopefully), cool days and possible some fall colors and or early snow. The last time I was at the winds, it was the 3rd week in October and we had traces of snow and pretty cool nights. The only draw back is elk hunting season when every hunter in Wyoming seems to be up there. I don't recall when the season starts/ends, though. Still, it is pretty easy to find plenty of isolated, grand alpine peaks and valleys. If it were me, I'd head straight into the Cirque of the Towers, approaching from the west side out of Pinedale, WY. Have a great trip. I'm jealous!
  6. not sure if it's good to compare western n' eastern cuisines oh wait, was that a gay thing? Using Sriacha in mexican dishes does not work for me. Conversely, it is the only sauce I use in making authentic sushi and other Asian cooking. Any other "spanish" style sauces just f's up the authenticity/flavor profile. IMO.
  7. Sriacha is more of an "asian" flavor and I like it but find it a bit too vinegary, too. This stuff is a lot thinner, closer to Tabasco (though not too close in flavor). I think it is quite a bit hotter than Sriacha as well??? Seems like most bottled/store bought hot sauces are loaded w vinegar. I like to make my own with fresh red serrano peppers (best if home grown). You can make all kinds of home made hot sauces and avoid all that extra vinagar and other fillers. MMMM, honey mustard & ginger, serrano bbq wings. Must make now.
  8. Try it on your wife or kids first.
  9. Or, just drive by brail, easy enough with the center grooves in-between the lanes/shoulders. Seriously, if my eyes are closing while driving, I just pull over and nap for 15-20 minutes (after fighting it for as long as possible using some of the above techniques). That usually buys me several more hours of being awake and alert, no matter how tired I am. If you don't wake up in 15-20 minutes, you probably have NO business driving till your body recovers. (IMHO)
  10. I've decided to open my mind, hoping my fat ass will follow. I'm going to implement a new super-mind training program. I'll start with the easy mental gymnastics, like walking on coals. Next, I'll move up to harder objectives (think Luke Skywalker using the force with the light saber while blind folded). Soon enough, my mind will become so powerful, matter and reality itself will bend to my ego. I will no longer need a rack, rope, or any of that stuff all those suckers use. If I fall, I'll just mind over matter my ass before I hit the ground. Can I borrow a bit of cash to get started? Seems I'm a bit short for the first levels of Scientology... I can't afford enlightenment. Apparently, it is only for the rich and famous.
  11. I bet all these "mind over matter" nuts still look both ways when they cross the street. Not sure why they would need to as it is all in the mind, the passing cars won't hurt them if they believe otherwise. Same, same as walking on hot coals, no?

    Got Issues?

Anything more than a mouth full is too much. Maybe that was something else?

    Got Issues?

Introducing, Cam Kritters... Not only cudly & cute, they thrive on keeping cams in camming shape as they devour the dirt, rust and grim on your old, neglected cams, they simultaneously poop pure organic cam lube in all the right lobes, triggers and loops.
  14. Thanks, that seems to be the consensus. I'm taking a single rack to #4 + a few larger hexes.
  15. I'm just wondering if I should bring two, #4 Camalots for the Stanley Berger Chockstone route on the South face of Prusik? Should I bring an extra 3 as well? I was thinking one #3 and one #4 supplemented with a few hexes would be plenty but I also read in one TR that "they used the #4 a lot". Thanks! Dave
  16. All politicians on the National level are essentially "the same". Sure, they may vary widely on the topics they campaign on, but in the end, both parties are bought and paid for by big bidness. Go ahead and blame it on the Dems, or Rebubs, in the end, your vote don't mean shiat since the whole system has been highjacked by corporate greed. The "have's" are gonna get more, and the "have not's" will keep increasing and being squeezed harder and harder. Just my simpleton point of view. And three, two, one till trashie proves how stupid I am...
  17. The physical resemblance is uncanny. They must be twins!
  18. A zit covered ass candle liberally drenched in narcissism, perhaps?
  19. I've heard the same lies about you :kisss: Are you paying for the new keyboard, Rob? Mine is covered in beer that just blew out my nose laughing...
  20. I sure hope In and Out Burgers are leaning to the left. Seems like the name implies such? I can't afford another political circus on the only other fast food chain I crave, not to mention, that I can't get anywhere near my home, anyway. I'd accept a black eye or two for a dozen chick filet nuggets and/or a burger combo from In & out right now. Just sayin...
  21. I still need to do a sling less ascent of YW, should be crazy wild.
  22. :tup:Nice!
  23. Gotta admit, sure wish I could buy me some Chick Filetl nuggets here. Yum, honey mustard sauce and hold the side of hate, please. sickie
  24. Nice. "Proud" send. How sustained is the route? I did Serpentine a while back and hoping to do Solid Gold on Prussik, or, Backbone. Just wondering if an old fart came gumbi up with out too much 5.9+++. Congrats.
