I am not sure if habrich is steep enough for BASE jump. but the guy pulled his shute very early, probably suggesting that the cliff is not very high.

I use Aztar for alpine but waterfall ice seems to be just fine as well. I am a bit of a weight freak, so the less the better. If you are going to be climbing waterfall ice extensively, I think the Quarks might still be better tools for that. Quarks requires less wrist flicking to get a solid ice penetration than Aztar.

haha I am sure it's before...a raging creek brought down this huge boulder during a typhoon a couple of months age in Taiwan. actually, many buildings in this area were berried up to the second floor or simply carried away like this:

Have you ever thought that wouldn't it be nice to have a big boulder inside of you home so you can boulder on it any time you want? How about a boulder big enough you can through a top rope on?

hook up with a couple of local climbers and head to Lilloet when the ice climbin season comes.
