I would venture to say that no matter what your goals are, building endurance, strength, and flexibility will help you. Agreed that more specific training is great for elite level goals or competition, but this routine is an excellent base.
Where is the best/most affordable place to rent Randonee gear near Seattle? I've never tried it before and would like to go somewhere that is comfortable for a newbie. Suggestions?
