apparently by the amount of P.M.s and censoring and threats of banishment i've recieved for these satements, which by the way have been edited by someone else, i would like to say in no way did i mean any disrespect towards any woman. my thoughts were that i don't like complainers, whiners and i used some words... just words, that offended some people. i really don't care about how i'm percieved on this site, i don't try to come across as some sort of tough guy... if you climb with or hang with me you'd know that. heres an idea, when you see somethin posted by that fuckin asshole bobbyperu, look away children, look away... cause i'm just an woman-hating, brobonic spraying, totally negative, uncontributing tough-guy... right? yours truly-bp Damn I can't believe how much of a tough guy womanizing asshole you are. . Jeezus, you were joking about getting all types of PM's, having your post edited and threats of banishment right? Please say you were joking.

Dude if you are moving along that is a different story. If you are standing around, yeah I am going to hop on the route or send the line.
-
Sorry I'd do the same thing if some one is gearing up or is geared up at the base and they are just standing around. I am going to hop on the damn route. I don't go to the crag or slope to stand around. I am there to climb or ride.
-
Fuck no. Rip that line if they want to stand around with their finger up their butt, that is their problem. They don't own the slope.

Well since it seems everyone is posting about Lillooet, I figured I might as well. Well I want to get up there for a long weekend this weekend. I have Friday through Monday off and would like to climb the whole time, can anyone swing those day off for some ice climbing? Prefer to stay in a motel rather than camp found a cheap place to stay, have a vehicle, have tools, need a partner.
-
Hey IIB, I am up for going this weekend, check your PM.

It sort of too bad that Gary put in a lot of work into it, but free is free. And there is the extra benefit of being able to drink beer while watching the show.

"Bio East Coast climber new to the area 5/1. Loving it out here this place rocks. Been climbing a ton. Always looking for new partners for anything, can lead 10's, grade 5 ice, aid whatever, long alpine routes." if you know this hunk, will ya hook me up with his digits?? and what of his brown curly locks??? Yep that's what it says east coast climber (cause I did most of my climbing there) not east coaster (cause I am not from there nor would I want to be). I don't remeber typing the hunk/digit/curly locks chit though.

Tell me about it. Damn the last time I went through and hit the park it hit back hard and gave me two torn hamstrings. Now-a-days I keep my distance don't want to go through that pain again.
-
since you are from the (l)east coast there is a two year "probation" period, where you cannot access any of the good stuff. you are only allowed to play around the edges. see'ya in '05 Yeah right. I thought you were moving, keeper of the freshies (damn don't you wish). Oh yeah another thang, I am not from the (l)east coast, I was living out there for a bit by default. Just move on boy and leave untracked in WA for me to ride.

Why would skiers care about me skinning in thier track on my Split . I was skinning along side on the way up the cat track to be social.

Hmm, strange, I been told by everyone that Baker has more reliable snow and condition than Stevens. Doesn't seem to be that way this year. I hope they start getting some better condition at least by the end of Jan when I am up there for 5 days.
-
Yo UT, I want's some of that. I am off in search of ice next weekend, but the following I have no plans as of yet. Would love to get up into the backcountry over in the WA Pass/Methow area, if you are up for getting out and showing me around.
-
I was out there with 7 other pinheads, but was riding 3 of them. Hmmm maybe we ran into each. Either way it was awesome day, huh.

Give a boy a joint and he gets high for the day, teach him to roll a joint and he can get high whenever. On a serious side, it is a bummer that your son broke his arm. I would not go with the Snowboarding video game, all it is going to do is make him miss it more. Last season I was out becasue of a knee injury. PT and working out in the gym were my saving graces. I joined cribbage tournament. Also a little of the herbal remedy as well got me through the boarding and ice climbing blues.
-
Wow sort of surprised to hear the condition at Baker weren't as good as I thought they would be. Had excellent time at Stevens on Fri. and Sun. What did they have for new snow from Thurs-Sat?
-
Where is the moonlight bowl that you speak of? I was up on Heather Ridge area and condition were killer.
-
Well damn must say the shit out here rocks. This last weekend I hit up Stevens twice. It seems that the conditions keep getting better and better as the season progresses. Friday I was up there riding run after run of awesome powder. No lift lines were present and tons of untracked were still available. Was there from sun up to sun down, killer. Pretty much rode the whole mountain. I had such a good time Friday I knew I had to get out again. This time it was time to break out ye ole Split, aw yeah. I went up to Heather Ridge with whole crew of pinheads, of course I was the odd one out. Skinning along side my friends, I would get weird glances from the snowshoers. It is amazing still how many people still ask what the hell type skis I am on. Well any way, Heather Ridge was sweet. No lines, no track, and plenty of pow pow. I guess the bummer was that I couldn't get enough runs in and could deal with a little steeper terrain, but hell I was out and that all that matters. So are there any other Split riders out there? Drop me a PM and let's ride. Dis next WE is out cause I need to swang the tools for some sticks, but the following (26-28) I will be looking at hitting it up again.

Nice job with the pics. Thanks for posting them. Hey you all familar with Lillooet where is the cheap place to stay around there?
-
At least there is room for everybody to join.
-
I agree, you might as well just point them straight down hill on the bunny slope. Find a nice groomed intermediate run where you can practice linking turns. On the bunny slope you'll make a turn and then have to wait to get enough speed for the next turn.

So I was kickin' back with a PBR watching Fear Factor the other night and just couldn't believe how disgusting some of that shit is that they do and they do it for 50G (actually it is more like 30G after good ole Unkie Sam gets a hold of it). Made me wonder if I am only one out there that won't chow on goat eye balls, slurp down worm juice, or go burying my face on a table of brains looking for stoopid fear chips with my mouth all for 30G. So what won't you do for the money? Where do you draw the line, and say f-that chit I not doing it for any amount? For me pretty much any of those disgusting eating tests would send me home.

Can't get my favorite around here, but if you ever get a chance to order one get Geary's Hampshire Special. There slogan is that they only brew it when the weather is shitty.

Damn sorry man I didn't check out this post. I was up there on Saturday, ripping down the slopes. Not bad considering it had been raining up there the day before. Every once and a while would wonder where you was at, but was pretty pre-occupied with ripping. Well looks like I will be spending my Friday's up there soon, going on a four day. I'll be sure and look you up next time now that I knows where you at. Not sure about this one looks like it is suppose stay warn all week, maybe I am going to head inland or go in search of ice, or hell maybe head down to Smiffy.
