There's no rhyme or reason to it. I see really egregious violations every day during my walk to work and I've seen the cops in vehicles completely ignore the fact that it occurred right in front of them.

Don't give up hope. 2-3 day forecasts based on computer models are pretty good. 5 days out is really tough. right now, they are as sucky as the 3 day models about 20 years ago.

nah, i'm new here. spent most of days either in oz/nz or in the sierra. squish is nice but no one ever seems to want to go. :-( maybe they're worried about their DUI convictions. ;-)
