The HP tech rep thinks I should do a system restore. I have some basic software glitches but he seems reluctant to troubleshoot. Is it effective or just more expedient (cheap and simple) for them to perform? I've backed up all my data but what about all the MS and Symantec updates? Will I have to do those all again?! what should I be wary of....

Trango Extreme S is a better Alpine boot than an Ice boot. I love mine for the weight and climbability. The uppers are not nearly as durable as leather and I have not tested their water repellancy. I think I will try them on Rainier this coming Spring.

Formy, That is some funny shit Normally I would just say that is steroetyping (which it is) but I have lived in Boulder, Crested Butte and Telluride long enough to verify your worst fears.
