Dude, read up on traffic flow theory sometime. That slowdown could have been from an incident quite a while ago. Granted, somebody did something to start it, but the slowdown can persist for a long time after the fact.

Don't know Seattle, but Squamish... Drop them off at Valhalla Pure and OnSight Equipment will do them. Could probably do by mail too. PM me for more info if you want. They also do trigger repairs. Most manufacturers will do sling and trigger repair by mail, but I've heard some of them can be dreadfully slow.
