bobinc, that raises an interesting question. Do you suppose Republicans would be for or against abortions for pregnant terrorists' wives?

It's two TVs and a car, brah. Two cars and a TV must be what the poor in Canada have. Oh, and health care.

So, Greg is pointing out that on the one hand, the poor are too lazy and don't deserve any help. He is also pointing out that we have the richest poor in the world, a condition which Greg finds to be indicative of a sound America, and, it seems, stems from them getting welfare, a benefit which he does not condone. Removing welfare and assuming that the poor are still lazy, that would give America a huge number of very poor poor people, right? Would America still be such a fine nation?

Isn't it an old-school marshmallow-containing sweet junk food product?

Now you're fuckin' talking. DFA will use that as a key plank in his platform for the 2004 Oval Office bid!

You'll need to kick in global warming to a frenzy to get a new inland sea deep enough for a subtropical reef system to flourish. Then cut back on the CFC's let the ice form again in the polars, let the reef bury itself and let karst take care of the rest! No ice climbing, unfortunately, for the next several million years though. I'm afraid pioneer place would be a shambles too. Nonsense. God can just plunk the thing down in Pioneer Place, leaving room, of course, for the Starbucks. [ 11-06-2002, 01:41 PM: Message edited by: Dr Flash Amazing ]

Which dark blue Outback with Oregon plates and a Rocketbox full of stickers? Please be more specific!

What Kind Of Car Do Real Mountaineers/Climbers Have?

Damn, just glue the fuckin' wing window shut with PC-7 and don't worry about it! -
"Fear and Loathing in Yosemite" That was a choice ordeal.

Silly Canadian. When the forecast calls for "rain" at Smith, you can count on maybe needing to sit out one or two climbs, and enjoying an otherwise dry day. The rain will stop soon, the rock will dry out, and all will be good. In ten years of Smith trips, there have been perhaps ten days that have been total losses to rain. So go tug on some nubbins, already.

Isn't mixed climbing the sport climbing of the new millennium? It's sport aid climbing with sharp things and it's cold! Wooooo! Say, is trashing the rock with ice tools more acceptable or less acceptable than chipping? Oh, and FYI Mike Adamson, it's spelled "sequitur." Lunch time!

Yeah, DFA heard they're really fuel-efficient, too! -

Once again, the Doctor was going to say something along those lines, but this time DFA just didn't want to wade into such disgusting territory.

DFA/BRock - Have either of you two even seen anyone on one of those aid line on Picnic Lunch Wall? PP Erik did I tell you I am jealous? Puge, The Doctor saw someone up there once, on one of the routes on the left side. They were fucking around with a portaledge; whether setting up or taking down it was hard to say. DFA recalls that it was Ryan Lawson, before he became the Smith Rock bolting maven. Love, Dr. Flash Amazing

Nice one, Greg. The Doctor was trying to think of something along those lines, but couldn't pull it off.

Come on, now, that's no way to talk!
