i've heard about the eyebrows. Thanks for the TR and I'll try to get there sometime. -
Still pales in comparison to the flu thread. To go viral maybe you have to have the flu without a flu shot, get into a whiteout on Hood, and use Facebook. Then add a romantic aspect a la rmncwtr's novels and perhaps failed equipment and the thread could exceed the Kardashians.

Don't give up. Lots of ice climbers in town with great advice and many not on the internet. Chase them down. Or go to the mountain shops in town. I'm not an ice climber but live here and this cold snap with snow has to mean something. Good luck.

Well we could at least talk about 100 (proof). Why stop at 80 when your country is so large and so cold. My failure at Shakespeare affects me most nights on Jeopardy and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I was thinking 420.

Wish I was more IN to JLo

Please don't tell me ping pong balls are involved. And yet Muslims, Hindus, and Buddhists and etc. somehow procreate. What happens behind closed doors....

[TR] Bit O' Arizona Sunshine - Abra 12/1/2012

Granite Mountain has always been a schooling ground for Yosemite climbers who grew too big for their britches and that is saying something. Back in the day of Henry Barber, they would come wearing their painters pants and flat caps and put their tails between their legs pretty soon. Try Jump Back Jack Crack sometime or suggest it to others that wonder about underrating. I spent many days watching the sunset from the flat boulder beneath the main wall after climbing, then racing for the trailhead to beat dark. It is an awesome place but as beforementioned is closed for raptors during prime season. -
All the kewl people that don't have enough money to live in Bend. Lots of cowboys in Redmond. Don't know about Prineville. But Washington and Oregon both have areas of urbanism, suburbanism, and ghetto. Throw in a little white trash and real estate gets pretty interesting.

Regardless of who was the mastermind, the best and brightest flew the airplanes and are now dead, being entertained by 70 something virgins. It sets radical Islam back every time they have a suicide. We, on the other hand, have our best and brightest in Congress DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They just get their women while still alive.

I spent a couple years in Prescott climbing at Granite Mountain so know about AZ sunshine and copious granite. It used to be quite popular but the raptor closures killed its rep as an early spring destination. I think AZ started the Angry Birds craze. And history and geography buffs will enjoy Googling Cochise Stronghold. It has a rich history before the climbing era. Great TR and pics. -
ankle replacement surgery
matt_warfield replied to markwebster's topic in Fitness and Nutrition Forum
I broke both bones just above the ankle last year and my ankle has Frankenstein scars on both sides. One side has a titanium plate and the other a few screws. It is not that flexible but stable and we older climbers need to learn to live with the punishment life deals out from time to time. Like Gene, I am not sure what "replacement" means with such a complicated part of our body, but I wish you luck on your situation. Say hello to JT for me. I am doomed to gloom for the time being. -
I had a full set in 1972 when they first came out but they have disappeared here and there. They still have their role despite cams. I am interested in your interest.

Watch "Less than Zero" or "Alive" if you want your view to go lower. Or just watch Congress try to get anything done. Jeebus not involved as far as we know.

Hey, lets get back on track. Booze, drugs, and lets throw in the Kardashians for kicks. Talk about a carbon footprint.
-
This place would be empty. We'd never hear from Trash again and my post count would be way down. LOL. Much as some would like to, you can't share a booze problem. I disagree. The internet is the perfect place to share a booze or drug experience with the universe by example.

Don't stop here. Please apply one on the flu and other threads as well.

sounds like the better part of a 5th went away w/ watching them fine dimes? Why stop with one fifth? And still stick with zero grammar and spellcheckers? The costumes are ridiculous of course but sometimes reality shows need to be replaced by unreality shows. And I would be happy to add a few more to our 7 billion people with any one of them.

I am warming down now that it is over. No seamen have been spent but they have been notified. It is a bitch of a situation because we in the US are relatively satisfied while the 3rd world: but we have to put a definition on "3rd". China and India are trying to take over the economic system. Whales and bear organs and elephant tusks, and drugs from Afhan and Colombia and Mexico are part of our problem. We, on the internet just think, which generates a little problem today, but information travel is forever.
-
I am contributing to global warming tonight by watching the Victoria's Secret fashion show.

Earth with 1 billion responsible residents is a good goal. But it doesn't mean we can't practice procreation responsibly. 8D

We need fewer fucking human beings on earth and need to quit consuming so much. On the other hand climate change has happened historically. What I don't want to do is feel sorry for the Malibu beach houses and ilk that may be affected with a few inches of ocean rise. They should all see a polar bear sometime and then look in the mirror.
