hey BCgirl... we usually have 2 to 3 kid weekends up at squish in the summer...we stay at that Alice Lake cg...good times, lake to swim in, play structures and 3 minutes from climbing... we should round up a bunch of fam's to go...should i make rez's???????????

small cracks in the vertebrae? How are the discs? hopefully they are ok and its just the bone...that will heal up as will the muscles attached to them... I'm trying to picture how you must have landed and not gotten hurt worse...it sounds like a couple of months and you'll be doin' great! Heal up quick...
